Grapes: Syrah 40%, Carignan 30%, Old Vine Grenache 20%, Mourvèdre 10%.

Fermentation and Aging: Cement.

Notes: Chateau de Ciffre was acquired by the family only in 2007. Interestingly, the 70 Ha Chateau (Ciffre is possibly of Dutch origin and refers to the stony nature of the land) located at a unique geological crossroads, where the schist that typifies St Chinian meets the clay and limestone terroir of Faugères.
