Site: Located on the hills 300-400 meters above sea level; southern and southwesterly exposure; training system spurred cordon & Guyot.

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese, hand-picked around the end of September.

Fermentation and Aging: Fermentation in contact with the skins for about two weeks. Aged in stainless steel tanks for some months and then in the bottle.

Notes: Brilliant ruby ​​red in color; the nose opens with delightful notes of cherry and red fruit; on the palate it is lively and balanced with a pleasantly fresh, fruity finish. An everyday wine that pairs well with cold pork cuts and cheeses, light pasta dishes, main courses and light medium-aged cheeses.
