Domaine Desroches-Mançois

In 2018, Aurélie Mançois purchased 16ha of vineyards in Touraine, near Saint-Georges-sur-Cher, planted to Sauvignon, Gamay, Cot, Chenin, & Cabernet Franc. Responsible agriculture is at the top her mind - she has held HVE certification since 2019, and in 2021, she converted to organic farming practices. Their goal is to produce environmentally responsible wines that are as food-friendly as they are affordable. Historically a family estate, this vineyard is now a young & dynamic estate perfectly combines young vines producing light and fruity wines and older vines offering more complexity and matter.
