Locale: Montacuto, Italy
Site: Grown organically in the winery’s estate vineyards.
Grapes: 70% Montepulciano, 15% Sangiovese, 15% Alicante
Fermentation and Aging: Saigné, stainless steel.
Notes: Named for the family’s village, this is a delicately perfumed, European-styled rosé with amazing floral notes and serious-wine structure. The warm alcoholic content and tanginess make it an assertive, structured and perfectly balanced wine. Reminiscent of the wild cherries of May, typical of the Marche region.
