Fermentation and Aging: After 9 days of temperature controlled fermentation, the wine is sent to to rest stainless steel tanks, then to oak barrels for two months.
Notes: Extremely expressive aromas of violets and bananas with dark cherry and leather. An explosion of fruit and powerful mouth-feel with strong tannins and spicy notes, and an extra long finish.
