In a few words: A true international hit!

Grapes: 100% Glera, harvested by hand from mid-September until mid-October.

Fermentation and Aging: Charmat Method.
Soft pressing of the grapes, then fermentation off the skin in s
tainless steel at a controlled temperature. A second fermentation takes place in closed steel vats at a controlled temperature.

Notes: Offers an inviting sweetness of vegetable and heady citrus aromas; in addition, a hint of fresh bread. A lively and pleasant taste, with a persistent freshness on the palate. adaptability to be matched with a wide range of food, although it is particularly appreciated served at a temperature of 7/9 °C with simple and more creative fish and vegetable antipasti, seafood pasta dishes and roast fish or even, as usual in the production area, to be drunk throughout the entire meal.
