In a few words: Pretty golden yellow dress sustained, beautiful shine. Fragrant, flattering and very delicate nose, which opens in the register of white flowers. There is a beautiful aromatic freshness. Interesting texture and balance. The ample and fruity material is supported by a nice acidity in the finish. A concentrated palate and pleasant length, which offers a beautiful minerality.

Site: Double Guyot-trained vines on mainly clay & Kimmeridgian soil. .9 hectares on a south-facing ampitheater on the left bank of the river Serene.

Grapes: Chardonnay

Fermentation and Aging: Traditional fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged at least12 months.

Notes: Store for up to 5 years. Serve at a temperature of 12°C. Accompany fish, crustaceans, oysters. ~5500 bottles produced.
