In a few words: A beautiful expression of the fruit, with a supple, silky structure.

Site: Young vines planted in gravelly soil, yielding 50 Hl/Ha

Grapes: 100% Cabernet Franc

Fermentation and Aging: Alcoholic fermentation is regulated at a low temperature with skin contact lasting 11 days, with pumping over at the beginning of the maceration. A short malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by 5 months in the bottle. 

Notes: A beautiful ruby color. The nose is crisp with notes of fresh fruit. Perfect with charcuterie, or perfectly enjoyable on its own!
