Site: Grown in high vineyards on the estate in soils of lime and clay.

Fermentation and Aging: Vinified in stainless steel, plus 225L and 500L tonneaux. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and barrels for at least one year, then in bottles for several months.

Notes: A white wine for your cellar; the winery feels the wine requires bottle age before it reaches its full potential. The hope is for the wine to show no note of wood, either on the nose or the palate.
