Site: The “Vigna del Cuculo” parcel inside Bricco Boschis; asouthwest-facing hillside, situated inside a protected bowl.

Grapes: 100% Barbera 

Fermentation and Aging: Fermented with indigenous yeasts, macerated with submerged cap for 10-15 days. Aged in traditional Slavonian Oak Casks for 15-18 months, then in bottle for 6 months. 

Notes: Excellent structure with typical atoms and flavors of Barbera grown in the Barolo zone: red fruits, red flowers, open and intense. excellent aging potential. This wine is excellent paired with prosciutto and salami, pasta and pizza, red meat, grilled fish or robust white meats, or with aged cheeses.
