Site: The Pinot Noir comes from slopes in the Loire Valley near Sancerre, the area formerly known as The Garden of France (“le jardin de France”), a special Vin de Pays appellation created for the Loire Valley.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir

Fermentation and Aging: Fermented and macerated for two weeks in stainless steel vats to preserve all its finesse and flexibility.

Notes: A pretty color of velvety ruby. An elegant nose withred fruit notes. A perfect companion for salumi, white meats, grilled salmon, and grilled chicken.
