 Site: Grown in hillside estate vineyards in the DOCG of Taurasi, at elevations from 400-450 meters.

Grapes: 100% hand-picked Aglianico

Fermentation and Aging: Fermented in stainless steel, and aged for about 15 months in new and 2nd fill barriques.

Notes: Sometimes referred to as the “Barolo of the South” for it’s tannic qualities, age-ability, and aromaticity, Taurasi is truly one of Italy’s great red wines.
