Site: Grown in hillside estate vineyards in the province of Benevento, at elevations from 350-400 meters.

Grapes: 100% hand-picked Aglianico

Fermentation and Aging: Fermented in stainless steel, and aged for about 8 months in 2nd fill barriques.

Notes: Notoriously tannic, it takes real skill to craft wines this soft and polished from Aglianico. With all the explosive fragrance one would expect from great Aglianico.
