Site: Vineyards are planted on hilly slopes with an average altitude of 350 meters above sea level. The terrain is clayey and rich in limestone deposits, dating from different geological periods: part of this very deep, other parts very rich in fossils, both giving the wine intense and varied tones. Surrounded by woodlands, the hilly area is an ideal microclimate for vineyards and olive groves.

Grapes: 100% Grechetto (hand-picked in the third week of September)

Fermentation and Aging: Soft pressing, cold static clarification; fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in stainless steel tanks, on fermentation lees for three months; then in the bottle for three months.

Notes: Straw yellow in color. Opens with elegance to the nose: fresh, fruity and floral with notes of citrus, peach, almond and hawthorn blossom. On the palate this wine has good structure and is pleasantly fresh. Excellent with appetizers such as seafood, salami, and fresh cheeses.
