Site: From a 40 hectare vineyard; clay and calcareous table-land of Roquefort; average vine-age 25 years.

Grapes: 50% Merlot, 50% Sauvignon

Fermentation and Aging: Cold-soaked, then vinified in temperature-controlled, stainless steel vats. Settled and aged in stainless steel before 2/3 of the production being transfered into mainly neutral bordeaux barriques for 12 months. 

Notes: Serious; darker nose with a bit of floral jasmine and tobacco. On the palate gives big, full, excellent texture, lovely. About 45,000 bottles produced.
