Brisas Rosé

Wildmakers-Brisas-Rose.jpegWinery: Wildmakers
Region: Guarilihue Alto, El Huaro sector
Appellation: Valle de Itata (Bio Bio)
Designation: DO

Site: The vineyards used to make Brisas Rosé are located in Guarilihue Alto, El Huaro sector, about 30 km from the sea. The soil in this coastal range is granitic. The vineyards are managed in the traditional way of the area - that is, soil management with a horse, without the application of pesticides. The vines are trained in a short goblet style; because of the cool, coastal climate with southern exposure, the vines won't mature if they are allowed to grow too tall.

Grapes: 90% Cinsault and 10% Muscat of Alexandria

Fermentation and Aging: Stainless steel tanks, with the Muscat fermented in open top barrel

Notes: Beautiful pale pink color, pure freshness, cherries and vibrancy. Perfect for a drink, enjoying summer nights.
