Fermentation and Aging: Grapes harvested naturally and fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature. The wine ages for 20 to 24 months in wood and 2 years in bottle.
Notes: Reseca is a classic red still wine of the Etna area. The particular volcanic soil and the local high hill climate, marked by releavant day-night temperature swing, confer to this cru the unique and unmistakable flavours and mouthfeel typical of the Etnean wines.
