Site: From the Haut-Benauge region within the “Entre-Deux-Mers Haut Benauge” appellation. Grapes: 80% Sauvignon, 20%
Semillon. Vinification: Vinified in temperature-controlled, stainless steel vats. Aged on fine lees for 3 to 4 months. Elevage:
Settled in stainless steel vats before being bottled. Notes: Our shocking success with this wine is testament to the balance
between the citrusy, grape-fruity Sauvignon grape made a touch more subtle with the influence of a bit of softening, mellowing
Semillon.
Les Tuileries Rouge
Site: From the Haut-Benauge within the “Entre-Deux-Mers Haut Benauge” appellation. Grapes: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet,
10% Cabernet Franc. Vinification: Vinified in temperature-controlled, stainless steel vats. Elevage: Settled and aged in
stainless steel and cement vats before being bottled; this is “pure wine” made without any influence of oak. Notes: Serious;
darker nose with a bit of floral jasmine and tobacco. On the palate gives big, full, excellent texture, lovely.
