Winery: Bodegas Primitivo Quiles
Site: High average temperatures, scarce rainfall, plenty of sunlight; soils are limestone with exceptional mineral content.
Grapes: Moscatel Romano
Fermentation and Aging:
Notes: Highly fragrant – fresh, fruity and floral on the nose. Full-bodied and smooth in the mouth, with a long, persistent finish. Perfectly rounded balance between sweetness and acidity, making it a very good cheese wine. Excellent as an aperitif or with appetizers, and delicious with pastries.
